How to buy 1/2 a cow?

1. Order your 1/4 or 1/2 beef and send deposit

2. Steer is hauled to processor. You send final payment.

3. That week processor will call you for your preferred cuts.

4. About 2 weeks later, pick up your beef & pay processor.
